Floral Headband

Hi guys,

So I wanted to show you just how easy it was for me to make a beautiful floral headband! I love the ones the Crown and Glory have but there are just a little too out of my price range!
So I was in Hobby Craft with my sister last week and spotted this little bunch of fake flowers for under £5! I immediately thought I could create something beautiful so I got to work.
I used and old hairband that was a simple gold thin band and one by one wrapped the stem of the roses behind it trying to ensure the positioning so they would sit in a nice crown style.
Easy as that! Done! Try it yourself it really was so simple!

Bonjour!

Topshop Pinny Dress
Gold Spike Necklace - Dorothy Perkins - simelar here
Neon bag - Zara
Pork Pie Hat - Topshop
Spike Boots - Topshop - Simelar here

I love this little Pinny from Topshop, and it was a steal at £22. It's one of those great pinny dresses that you can throw on over anything or just wear as it is.
The basic H&M stripy top is a wardrobe essential and I think it looks super cute with the pinny.
I also totally love this necklace, I'm pretty sure most high street shops are doing a version of it.
I got my wee clutch from Zara last year but is the perfect accessory to brighten any outfit. And of course my old faithful spiked boots from Topshop always get a comment or two 'you could take an eye out in them' bla bla bla, they are awesome, end of!

Diggin My Dungies

Denim Dungarees - Topshop
Studded Boots - Topshops - Simelar here
I la la la love these dungarees from toppers! Still far too chilly to get the legs out, but bring on the summer I see myself living in these bad boys.
This neon knitt top from H&M was a bargain and is awesome for brightening up any outfit, again I think I will be getting a lot of wear out of this number.
I got these boots last year from Topshop, they are from their Premium range and were quite pricey, but really worth is as they are such good quality. But low and behold Miss Guided are only doing a pair exactly the same at a fraction of the price! Well done Miss Guided you officially rock!
I really love dungarees at the moment the trend is so cute but I also really want to hunt down a pair of black full length ones. Let me know if you come across any goodies!
Have a super smashin' day xxx

Little Blue Peep

Blue Pinny Dress - Topshop
White Shirt - Topshop
Studded Boots - Boohoo - Simelar here

I've got this pinny in black but I think I prefer the blue. It's just so bright and eye catching, but then again I'm such a sucker for black, I just had to have both! These boots are dead comfy, must have about 15 pairs of little boots that are all slightly different but I just love them. They aren't real leather but are pretty good quality and at a good price from Boohoo.com.
I also love this bag I got from topshop years ago, but again it's a wardrobe staple that I know ill have for years, and holds loads!
I really love putting necklaces with collared shirts, it's so simple but adds a little something to the outfit.
Hope you're all having a good day!

London Fashion Week Interviews

So I did some interviews with some stylish girls during London Fashion Week.

I have finally got round to editing them and are uploaded to youtube, just click here.

It kinda gives you a bit of an insight into the people at London Fashion Week and what the general vibe and feeling is there.

I loved meeting Kavita, Laura, Jodie and Lereesa but unfortunatly poor Lereesa had a really sore throught and didnt do the interview. The old LFW Flu! There is Florrie, who has such a fun and unique style and Katie, who looked fab!
You can check all the girls blogs by clicking on their names.

A Little Sunshine

Sunglasses - Missguided

I was incredibly lucky to sneak off for a little sunshine in Feurteventura at the end of last month. My boyfriend and I kinda gate crashed my parents holiday but it was so ace to get a bit of sunshine at the end of February!
I didn't make much of an effort all holiday but this is a really cute dress from Zara that has some lovely beaded detailing on the collar.
I got this fringed suede bag from Primark, it was a total steal and I love it's hippy chick feel, again I think this one will get a lot of use during the summer.
The sunglasses are from MissGuided, I've always fancied the Ray Ban Clubmaster version of them but never been 100% that they suit my face so the replicas were at the perfect price to try them out.  Also met this cute little fella, not sure if he was Alvin, Simon or Theodore.
Back home now and missing the sun, hopefully it's not too long untill Britain gets the well deserved heat wave we've been waiting for!

Urban Vibes

So this is what I wore today, I really love dark colours and I am always drawn to a dark khaki green, I think it goes so well with a bit of gold jewellery.
I pretty much use this bag everyday from H&M, it's massive which means I can have my Mary Poppins moments whenever I please.
The disco pants are from Glamorous they aren't as shiny as other pairs I've had but they have a faux leather look that I really like about them and makes them a bit more dressy than my standard black skinnies.
The top from H&M is just from their basic range but its really soft and comfy.

Hope you had a nice Mother's Day yesterday, I sent the obligatory card and had a wee FaceTime sesh, she just loves FaceTime although I usually spend the entire convo talking to the ceiling, I've given up teaching her.
Toodles x

The Cambridge Sachel Company

These guys have been on the scene for a while now, and as far as I am concerned they can do no wrong.
Personally for me, the impact of their work really hit home on a epic advert for Google Chrome, watch it here. It was really to show how great Google Chrome was, but it opened my eyes to the beauty of the bags and their simplistic design and outstanding quality.  I also love the ethos behind the brand, this was a mother that needed to pay school fees and created a spectacular business virtually overnight! Watch this video and I dare you to not feel emotional!  I just love her mum!!!
I was really excited that they tweeted me the other day as I was telling a blogger pal to snap up a neon version of their bag when they pointed me in the direction of their new range.
The pastel colours are spot on for this spring/summer look, they are a lot softer and more feminine, truly the perfect bag to finish off any outfit.
Well done Cambridge Satchel co, you've knocked it out the park... Again!

My personal favourite, Neon Yellow

London Fashion Week

Wow!!! Just hit up a little of London Fashion Week at Somerset House this afternoon, having strictly NO passes at all I was pretty chuffed at what I got to see and who I saw!
Some of my fave bloggers were about, in particular I met Kavita, I love her blog. She is just as beautiful in real life as she is in her blog posts and soo friendly too! I was also spending a little time recording some fashion presenting and did a couple of interviews with some very stylish passers by. I'll try and upload their little interviews to you guys can see them.

Today I wore quite a simple outfit but was pretty excited when quite a few people asked to take me picture!
My dress is from Missguided, shirt from Topshop, boots Topshop similar here, little bow is just a piece of ribbon! And my wee topshop pork pie hat that I love finishing off a lot of looks with. My coat was a steal in the Next sale even though its purchase caused a huge argument with my boyfriend as there is a 'ban' on me regarding coats. I got several compliments on it today so how can it be a bad thing?!
I met some lovely new bloggers that I will post the links to their blogs so that our little community can get bigger and bigger!
Let me know if you were at london fashion week and what you thought?
Hope you've had an amazing weekend.... I certainly have! X

Snow White

I was in Aviemore for the weekend skiing, before we headed home we went for a beautiful walk near Loch Lomond. It was lightly snowing at the time and it was just beautiful!
This wasn't a particularly great outfit to blog about but the setting was so Christmassy and magical I just had to take a few shots!
